Elena is very gentle and nice woman even just by phone answering my inquires before going. Had been rudely hang up by other beauty store when I just literally asked for if price was negotiated. I accepted Elenas sincere quotation for different treatments, and she explained patiently for me. So Im happy with the price as long as it worths.

She did a GREAT job at fixing up my eyebrows AND my eyeliner that another "beautician" had messed up. SO much better than what I thought could be done to rescue my botched job! Both my eyeliner and my eyebrows look fantastic now, and I dont need any make-up to camouflage the stuff ups!
